SF Consultant organized Mera Gaon Meri Dharohar under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav at Qutub Minar, New Delhi on 27th July 2023.

The company was responsible for successfully executing organization of Mera Gaon Meri Dharohar event. The work was done under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav at Qutub Minar, New Delhi. As the organizer, SF Consultant was responsible for all arrangements of the event, ranging from guest management to exhibition.
Worked on all aspects of the event including Exhibitions, Sound & Light Show, Cultural Performance and Decor.
The event saw participation from many VVIPS including Ministors from Government of India such as Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Smt Meenakashi Lekhi and Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti.
Unity in Creativity – Grand Finale

SF Consultant organized Unity in Creativity Grand Finale at Nehru Park, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi
details and outcome
As part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, SF Consultant held the Grand Finale of Unity in Creativity in the capital of India. The event showcased the winners of three competitions held nationwide over the past year: Lori Competition, Deshbhakti Geet Competition, and Rangoli Making Competition.
Handled all aspects of event organization including logistics, catering, managing VVIPS and cultural performances.
There was a footfall of 25,000 people throughout the day.
National Committee Meeting
Event Brief
SF Consultant worked on organization of the National Committee Meeting in August 2022.
details and outcome
The meeting was chaired by Hon’ble Prime Minister and consisted of eminent personalities from across the country. These include, Chief Ministers and Governors of all states, eminent artists, actors, writers and other personalities.

Udaan – Under Harvest Festival of India
Event brief
Under AKAM, PAN India series of events “Udaan” was organized in January 2022 under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
Details and outcome
The events were organized on 76 locations across 18 states of India simultaneously where SF Consultant organized large-scale kite flying activities along with cultural programs with huge public participation.
As a part of the activities, a virtual event was also organized which was participated by MoS Textile, MoS Culture, Secretary – Textile, and Secretary – Culture among other notables.

Martyrs Day Events 2022
Event brief
On 23rd March 2022 (Martyrs Day), SF Consultant organized events simultaneously on 13 locations across country under AKAM by Ministry of Culture (GoI).
Details and Outcome
The events included Prabhat Pheris, patriotic performances and candle lightning activities across all locations. Elected officials, Govt Officials, relatives of martyrs along with students and general public participated in the events.

Jharokha is a compendium of Indian handicrafts/ handlooms and the art and culture of India. It is an ongoing series of PAN India events that are being held on multiple locations of the country. Jharokha is being organized by SF Consultant in association with COHANDS and Ministry of Culture under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
